We ship across the UK mainland Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are despatched the same day (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).

- Wrong size or colour received in error

- Items with embroidery or custom printing applied
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days without prior agreement
- Safety footwear worn outdoors
- Items missing original tags or packaging
Faulty goods? We'll cover all return costs and send a replacement free of charge — no matter how long ago you ordered. Just email a photo of the fault with your order number.

How to Measure Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight. Arms relaxed at your sides.
How to Measure Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — roughly 2cm above your belly button. Stand upright and breathe normally.

Artwork Requirements
- Preferred: AI, EPS, or SVG vector files — infinitely scalable, no quality loss
- Also accepted: PNG or PDF at minimum 300dpi at actual print size
- Colours: CMYK or Pantone refs preferred. RGB accepted but colour may shift slightly in print.
- Fonts: Convert all text to outlines/paths before sending
- Approval: We send a digital proof before anything goes ahead — nothing starts without your sign-off
Garment Care
Make Your Kit Last Longer
Proper care extends the life of your workwear and keeps it looking professional. Here’s how to look after the main garment types.
👕 T-Shirts & Polos
- Wash at 40°C max (30°C for printed items)
- Wash inside-out to preserve print quality
- Tumble dry on low heat only
- Cool iron — avoid ironing directly on print
- Do not bleach or dry clean
🧥 Jackets & Fleeces
- Machine wash at 30°C, gentle cycle
- Zip all zips before washing
- Tumble dry on low — shake out while warm
- Do not iron padded or quilted sections
- Re-spray with DWR water repellent after washing
🦺 Hi-Vis Garments
- Wash at 40°C max — higher temps degrade reflective tape
- Wash separately — avoid fabric softener
- Check reflective tape after each wash
- Replace if tape shows signs of deterioration
- Do not bleach — degrades fluorescent dye
👖 Work Trousers
- Wash at 60°C for deep clean
- Empty pockets and close all fastenings
- Tumble dry on medium — hang to finish
- Remove knee pads before washing
- Iron on medium heat while slightly damp
🧵 Embroidered Items
- Machine wash at 30–40°C, gentle cycle
- Turn inside out to protect embroidery
- Do not soak — can affect thread colour
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Never iron directly on embroidery — use a pressing cloth
👢 Safety Footwear
- Clean mud and debris daily with a soft brush
- Condition leather uppers monthly
- Allow to dry naturally — never near direct heat
- Remove insoles overnight to prevent moisture
- Replace if midsole shows compression or sole is delaminating

Can I order without creating an account?
Yes — checkout as a guest without registering. However, creating an account lets you track orders, reorder quickly, and access your full order history. A trade account also unlocks bulk pricing and net payment terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for trade accounts on agreed payment terms. All payments processed securely — we never store your card details.
Do you offer VAT invoices?
Yes. A VAT invoice is included with every order. If you need a copy in a specific format for your accounts, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it within 24 hours.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been picked yet, we can usually amend or cancel it. Orders already despatched or with embroidery/printing begun cannot be cancelled — our returns policy applies.
How do I track my order?
Once despatched you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and view order status under “My Orders”. Guest checkout customers use the tracking link in the despatch email.
Are your hi-vis products EN ISO 20471 certified?
Yes — all hi-visibility garments comply with EN ISO 20471, the current European standard for high-visibility clothing. Class is specified on each product page. We can provide product certificates on request.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re really sorry to hear that. Email us with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Do you stock items outside what's on the website?
Possibly. We can often source items from TuffStuff, Fort, and System Hi-Vis not listed on the site. Contact us with what you need and we’ll check availability and pricing.
